We all have them and they suck. During my workout yesterday the instructor said “who invited this bitch excuses to the party?” And I thought yeah who is this bitch? She needs to get on outta here. You are stronger than your weakest excuse. What I continue to see in my workouts is my mind wears out way before my body. What if you don’t fall for it? What if you tell the excuses to leave and take the other bitch self doubt with her? What could you achieve?
You will never know unless you try!
